Smooth, wide and surrounded by greenery. The green foliage keeps swaying in tune to the gentle breeze that strangely seems to blow never endingly. This is where you would find the reception and the lobby. The registrations are done here and presently you will be ushered to your allotted rooms. 		Accommodation The Ballal Residency has a very unique facility wherein the client avails a 24-hour check-out facility aimed at extending the courtesy of flexible timings. This will enable you to check-in at a time that is convenient to your schedule. There are 63 twin bedded deluxe rooms with individually controlled A/C facility. There are 4 suites in all with spacious lounges attached to them. All the suites have individually controlled A/C facility. All the suites are for double or more occupancy. The rooms are big and roomy with wall- to- wall carpeting.
		Room Facilities : The hotel provides the rooms and suites with some general features that aim to make your life easier. Be it laundry you have to get done, a doctor on call, locker facilities, travel desk or a foreign exchange counter, you avail of all the facilities. More like a One-stop shop. Personal CCTVs, refrigerators, writing desks, telephones with direct dialing feature for local calls are also provided. Every room has an attached bathroom with a sunken bathtub in it. The entire hotel is well lit and alive during the nights and you have a wonderful view from the rooms.
		Restaurants & Bar Palmgrove - The Chef's Pride : The Palmgrove is one of the finer restaurants in Bangalore. The Palmgrove extends a wide range of cuisines that promise to leave a lingering taste of well being long after the meal is over. Rib tickling North Indian dishes? No problem. We also have a spread for people with an inclination towards Spicy South Indian food. The South Indian dishes are prepared and served in the evenings mostly.  The Sweet Shoppe : A sweet Shoppe for the sweet toothed. The sweet Shoppe' extends a guarantee. A guarantee to make your mouth water. A guarantee to please your taste buds. Exotic sweets, Tropical sweets, Desi sweets and whatever you please. Then there is also the chaat corner which serves mouth watering chaats.  The Charlton Bar : For those who have achieved what they longed for, the only Cocktail Lounge with Vegetarian cuisine. A spectacular decor, with a courteous staff and an extensive collection of distinguish brands of drinks.  Lots of seating space with a special private section for an exclusive evening with a family and friends or those all important business discussions. Music that adds character and still allows you to have wholesome conversations over food and drinks. Ballal's own vegetarian specialties from North Indian , Chinese and Continental cuisine.
		Other Facilities The hotel has a grand banquet hall, and a well-equipped conference room to have your entire plan go like a dream. It has Board Rooms to accommodate 20 people, Conference Hall in theatre style to accommodate 100 people. In house Travel Desk to cater for Air, Rail, Bus ticket bookings and Car rentals. Sight seeing, Airport pick up and drop facility will be provided on request. Location Ballal Residency, is centrally located, few minutes away from the famed M.G. Road, Brigade Road, Commercial Street, St. Marks Road & Shoppers Stopin Bangalore. Its a 10 minutes drive from the Airport (7 kms away) City Railway Station.(5 Kms) and 5kms from the bus station. Ballal Residency is situated at prime locality on the 3rd Cross residency road with access from Residency Road & Magrath Road, a quite and peaceful place free from noise pollution in Bangalore.
