| TERMS & CONDITIONS
* Extra Bed/Person will be charged Rs. 400/- per day, applicable for all Hotels. * TAXES : (i) 5% State Luxury Tax on Room Tariff. (ii) 8% Trade Tax on Food & Beverages. (iii) 10% Service Charge on F&B. * Tariff is subject to change without notice. * Any increase in Government levies will be extra. * Kitchen & Dining charges Rs. 1500/- per day applicable for all hotels. * Driver / Maid / Servant meal charges Rs. 50/- per person per day. * Only vegetarian food will be served at Classic Residency, Haridwar. * CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME : 10 a.m. at Chamba & Nainital Hotels. 12 noon at Haridwar & Ludhianaa Hotels. * Group tariff available on request and applicable for a minimum of 10 Rooms. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS i) Full advance by Cheque/DD in favour of New Age Hotels & Resorts Ltd. New Delhi at the time of reservation. All dues to be cleared before leaving the Hotel. ii) 50% refund will be made if notice for cancellation / postponment is given within 72 hours prior to reserved date. No refunds shall be made after this period. iii) No refund shall be made for short stay, unavailed facilities or part use of any services, unused nights of services not provided due to technical faults or any other reason beyond the ocntrol of the management. iv) All room reservations will be held upto 18 hrs. only, unless late arrival indicated, Incase of NO SHOW, NO REFUND will be made. |
