NAUKUCHIATAL : Also known as Har- Ki-Paure, this is a beautiful lake situated 3 kms from Bhimtal. A lake with nine comers that's why it is called Naukuchiatal. According to the popular belief if one manages to see all the nine corner sat a glance. It is an ideal spot for fishing, boating and watching migratory birds. Yatches and Paddle boats are available here. Naukuchital dresses up as a festive rendezuous on Dusshera festival.

KHURPATAL : (1635 mtrs) A serene lake with emerald green waters at a distance of 10 kms from Nainital is the Khurpatal. A tranquill spot with beautiful lush green meadows which burst into splendid flowers. Surrounded by terraced fields it is a real paradise for anglers.
